Garlic Mustard Clean-Up with TTLT
Sunday, April 23, 10:00 am.

(Nature London members only.) Meet by 4975 Robinson Rd, near Putnam. We will be joining the Thames Talbot Land Trust in doing some pulling of the invasive Garlic Mustard at Five Points Forest. Call 519-438-5879 if more information is needed.

Woodcocks in the Killaly ESA
Wednesday, April 26, 7:30 pm.

(Open to the public.) We will look for migrant birds along the north branch of the Thames River. As dusk approaches, we will observe the extraordinary courtship display of the American Woodcock. Dress warmly and bring a flashlight. Meet at the east end of Windermere Rd, east of Adelaide St. Call 519-438-5879 if more information is needed.

May Migration Tune-Up
Friday, April 28, 7:00 pm., London Civic Garden

Gail McNeil and Paul Nicholson will lead an evening that focuses on ways to tune-up for the spring migration. They will review the six keys to bird identification, highlight some challenging spring species, preview birding festivals in Southwestern Ontario, and recommend some Middlesex County hotspots.

Young Birders Outing at Rondeau with OFO
Saturday, April 29, 8 am.

(Open to the public.) Meet the leaders at the Visitors’ Centre at Rondeau Provincial Park for an all-day outing for young birders. This outing is being led in conjunction with the Ontario Federation of Ornithologists. Call 519-438-5879 if more information is needed.
