This birding trip runs from Friday evening to Monday afternoon over the May long weekend. Participants must book their own accommodation in Tobermory. The group meets Friday evening to look for American woodcock and Whip-poor-wills. We will visit a number of bird-rich sites on the Bruce Peninsula looking for migratory and resident species. The group eats breakfast together at a cottage on Saturday and Sunday, with Monday breakfast at a local restaurant. Lunch is picnic style each day; group members contribute to group meals. Dinner will be at a restaurant in Tobermory. The trip ends at 4 pm on Monday in Wiarton. Please contact the leader for more information.
Meet at Wireless Bay Cottages #7, 112 Bay Street, Tobermory on Friday evening.
Registrations are now open and will close on May 9. This will enable effective planning by all participants.
