Explore a trail in different light, get out to enjoy the winter season, listen to the winter sounds at night, help to learn about bark, maybe we can id some trees.

Brendon Samuels, a Western Biology PhD candidate, will tell us about simple actions to support our relationships with birds and the urban spaces we share.
Check for Snowy owls around Strathroy. Look at winter waterfowl along the St. Clair River.

Brent Sinclair, a Western Biology Professor will introduce us to the insects around London that get all their food from liquids, explain why that’s a challenge, and the extraordinary adaptations that help them get away with it.
Emily “Ranger Em” Febrey, a local conservation educator and communicator, will share some of her favourite local adventures and the people and organizations that inspire her along her journey.
We will check for waterfowl from the dam and walk some trails on the south side of the river.

Scott Gillingwater, a Species At Risk Biologist with the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority, will discuss the impact of a growing city on reptiles and amphibians and how we can all help to ensure their survival.
